Scholarships

MAEOPP is committed to holistically assisting in the development of approximately 200,000 students served in the various TRIO programs within its boundaries. The Association has been very proactive in adopting cutting edge measures in reaching out to first generation, low income and students with disabilities.

Annually, MAEOPP distributes several scholarships and awards to very deserving recipients that have overcome a myriad of personal obstacles. The MAEOPP Education Foundation (MEF) and chapter scholarship chairs work diligently to ensure a diverse pool of applicants for these scholarships.

The award amounts for each of the scholarships sponsored by MAEOPP for 2009 is as follows:
